MORNING BARK PROMO SPOT PRODUCTION - SEPTEMBER 2021 FOR THEDOGRADIO.COM

This :30 second promo spot for "The Morning Bark" daily morning radio talk show demonstrates my abilities to promote the branding and "vibe" of our show, connect with our audience and poke a little fun at myself at the same time. I recorded audio, selected the music bed and sound effects, wrote the script and edited the spot together for air during the 2021-2022 school year.

THE DOG RADIO APP AVAILABLE ON THE APPLE APP STORE & GOOGLE PLAY

CPHS created a streaming radio station approximately five years ago. When our station first went live, students immediately asked, "Who will listen and how will people listen?" It seemed a bit much to expect an audience to input our address on their laptops everyday to listen to our station. A year later we knew we had to have an app that made listening to our station easy. The DOG Radio app is completely student developed and run. This app connects our audience to our work so all of us working on air design and develop our own promotional materials and upload show content every day in an effort to reach our listeners anytime, anywhere.

This :30 second PSA spot for "Big Brothers & Big Sisters of Chicago" exhibits my abilities to connect a need in our community with our audience, conceptualize a project, communicate a "call to action," match my voice to the tone of the spot, produce and edit a radio spot package.
